I wanted to express my gratitude for great customer service and taking the extra steps to make a customer happy. Both Claudia and Enedelia have gone above and beyond my expectations when I ran into an issue with two of my business cards. They both amazed me by going beyond my expectations to make a potential stressful situation into a very rapid solution to my problem. Went to the SPI branch to get help for my direct deposit and also had question about opening a new account. One of the tellers Meygen Gonzalez was very helpful and professional and gave me the information I needed. Service was fast and had no trouble at all.

I’ve Been coming to IBC here in south padre for awhile, I cannot tell you how great the members are there I’ve dealt with Meghan, Gabriel and Vanessa. Absolutely wonderful people who care for their customers and go above and beyond for their company. Great location and great representatives for this location!
