If I could give no stars review to this IBC Bank branch I would. We went to cash a check from my business. A young heavy set teller with a rude attitude name Marissa Hernandez had the worst customer services skills. She had the audacity to say she was not comfortable servicing us after she was the one being rude. She needs to be trained on ethics and customer service skills.
Teller has no manners very rude with those manners she shouldn't be working with customers. Teller Maria needs to smile and learn how to talk to customers. At the S.E Military location

Went in on Friday to withdrawal some money was told I couldn’t because it’s pending, I told the teller I get direct deposit every month from my employer for the last 5 years and never had a problem withdrawing money, she said I can take out from the atm I asked for a manager but of course there’s never a mangager available. I told her I go to the location at city base and do it all the time. I go to the city base location and they tell me the teller called them and they cannot do the withdrawal.
