Went to ask for change for a $20and they they said you needed to have an account. To get CHANGE for a bill, from a BANK. Thats the most bizarre thing I've heard. I was declined as i don't have an account but my family members do. They'll be closing out their accounts and moving to a more sensible bank.

Worst customer service. Been waiting to open a bank account for more than 15 minutes. Have been coming to this location recently to try to open a bank account but havent had any luck.

This location is the worst. Always a problem with service, being inconvenienced or being charged some kinda fee. Saddened that this place is so close to my work and I cannot get a simple transaction done even when I put simple instructions on a note written in English without being inconvenienced time and time again then the tellers at drive through start laughing, smirking and acting like middle school kids over a simple transaction. I hope this location closes down

Drive thru is always slow, doesn't matter if you're the only car. As for the lobby, there is always only one person doing customer service, so it usually takes 30 to 45 min to talk to a rep.

Was just at the drive thru, I was the only one there. I asked the girl for a few deposit slips and a pen. Girl wouldn't let me finish talking, I got the slips but no pen. I called to speak to a manager and was on hold by Irma Benavides for more than half hour. "Attitude reflect leadership" ZERO STARS!
