I went in this afternoon to make change for $100 in 20s so that I can have small bills for a garage sale tomorrow. The teller said no because I have to have an account there. I have no idea what would make them believe I don't have an account there but the woman in the back doubled down and said "yea...do you have an account here?" Interesting interaction. I did not have the best experience with this branch today. I got more details from IBC online. I had to wait 20 minutes before they even helped and even that they did not help. This was first time for me to experience this. Picture this, two tellers, two other staff at office and desk me and one outside customer at teller. They were nice enough to tell me to sit and wait. I am a small business owner, and the staff always made me feel welcomed & capable of doing things. I spoke to a worker call ja-nae (sorry if I misspelled) but she helped me look through my statement with lots of professionalism over the phone. I been with them a few years now and she is a great addition to that bank.
I just wanted say shelby! Shelby is an absolute asset to your team! My bf was superdifficult as in superDIFFICULT we had a pinched time frame though he did eventually apologize.... i made him.lol.she handled our situation with grace and tact.which usually is not the case nowadays...kudos to you girl! Great service! This bank has been iffy for me but the manager knew what she was talking about and I was able to close out two of my CDs. The cashier ( can’t remember her name) was very nice and helpful getting the intimation I needed.
