Visit this location on a daily basis and they are always understaffed. Even though they have six teller terminals, there's only one teller most of the time. If you don't plan on waiting a long time to get service, don't come to this location.
Only 1 consultant and 6 tellers. Had to wait more than 2 hours to close an account!
10/10 customer service out of Stephania was great help and patient.
The employees are courteous and are always willing to help. The bank is always clean and follow covid guidelines.
Slow service, the lady took forever and they had four passages open, took about 40 mins just waiting and then another 20 finally being attended.
