It’s been saying that they close at 7 but in reality they close inside at 5 pm & the drive through at 6. They should fix that it’s getting annoying. The service is as if it BOTHERS them to work. Try smiling more.
Walked in before closing time at 7pm to cash a check. And someone who might have been management walked out and denied me and my brother services claiming we walked in “after 7” basically calling us liars. When in fact we did get there before 7. Attended us might have only added and extra 5-10 mins and yet they’d rather turn us down.
Went to deposit money through the drive thru . No greeting from the clerk yesenia . Drive thru was empty and took like 5 minutes or more too send us the receipt back . The receipt was all wrinkled. Not even a have a nice or thank you. Very bad service from this location.
Like always excellent service from this branch especially from Yesenia, very helpful and friendly. Staff always greets as soon as you walk in.
