Best Branch excellent service!
Visit this location on a daily basis and they are always understaffed. Even though they have six teller terminals, there's only one teller most of the time. If you don't plan on waiting a long time to get service, don't come to this location.
Only 1 consultant and 6 tellers. Had to wait more than 2 hours to close an account!
10/10 customer service out of Stephania was great help and patient.
The employees are courteous and are always willing to help. The bank is always clean and follow covid guidelines.
