I've been a client for over ten years they have always provided great service from in person meetings , drive through accommodations, and online banking. Several times have prevented unauthorized use of my debit card preventing froud and identity theft.

Letting you know . As a small business owner , its not mandatory to open a business account at a bank . Its just suggested that you do to keep finances separate . All was good till on 03/21/2025 , when I went open a business account at 4520 E 14th st Brownsville location. Branch manager stated that I had to furnish them with my business receipts every other month to her . Terrible banking experience always hang up on me and have rude manners. It's only this location that I have trouble with. The one on Alton gloor and at the mall are always exceptional. Don't recommend

Worst service ever….I have to come and deposit for work and they always take really long and that’s 4 out of 6 times a week on the commercial side, count the money wrong,can not fill change order at times, and communication in thanking customer once in a while! Pretty consistent on there bad service!!

The bank keeps blocking my account, had payments that needed to be done and couldn’t process. I went in person to deal with it & the representative told me “you can call on your own.” Told them to cancel my account & wouldn’t do it until I resolved my issue. How am I supposed to solve my issue if the bank doesn’t help me? called & a case had to be made. Couldn’t resolve anything. I’ve had this happen more than once.
