I've been a client for over ten years they have always provided great service from in person meetings , drive through accommodations, and online banking. Several times have prevented unauthorized use of my debit card preventing froud and identity theft.
Letting you know . As a small business owner , its not mandatory to open a business account at a bank . Its just suggested that you do to keep finances separate . All was good till on 03/21/2025 , when I went open a business account at 4520 E 14th st Brownsville location. Branch manager stated that I had to furnish them with my business receipts every other month to her . They never followed what they said they were going to do. No communication and not friendly.
Terrible banking experience always hang up on me and have rude manners. It's only this location that I have trouble with. The one on Alton gloor and at the mall are always exceptional. Don't recommend
