The staff are friendly not bad people. Just too much waiting just to cash a check. I guess understaff and no one is allowed to approve anything there. They always have to call a different bank to authorize a transaction. So that’s what makes it a bad bank for me. Every Friday same thing but not just there every other bank around is the same. IBC JUST SUCKS SO FOR THAT THUMS DOWN
The manager, I believe her name was Tiffany (bad with names) was VERY HELPFUL! Very nice, sweet and quick! I highly recommend talking to her to your needs! Thanks again!
I have been a customer for over 38 years with IBC. I called on Friday to request a simple increase of $2000 dollars for an out of state transaction on my debit card. After answering 6 security questions properly and a 30 minute wait, I was informed that I am not on my own account. They denied my request. My wife goes in to the local branch and they say everything is fine. this bank has gone completely downhill. There are snotty young bank representatives that are rude and under zero supervision. I was referred to IBC from a close friend several years ago. My 1st thought was no way. I was used to dealing with well known banks. My thoughts quickly changed when I discovered they are open 7 days a week. My husband works 6 days a week 11hour shifts and Sunday is the only day we have to take care of business. Since IBC is open on Sunday it makes our life easier. I give them a five star for more than that. They are trying to up hold the old way/ feeling of knowing your banker/ teller and having a good relationship.... read more
I always feel great every time I leave the store. The staff welcomes you with smiles and greetings. CRISTIAN was fast, friendly and efficient as a trainee. I would like to thank this store location for always giving me good vibes.
