I have been a customer for over 38 years with IBC. I called on Friday to request a simple increase of $2000 dollars for an out of state transaction on my debit card. After answering 6 security questions properly and a 30 minute wait, I was informed that I am not on my own account. They denied my request. My wife goes in to the local branch and they say everything is fine. this bank has gone completely downhill. There are snotty young bank representatives that are rude and under zero supervision.
