Continuously charging an overdraft fee multiple times when i should’ve never had one said it was from an atm withdrawal but i put money in the atm not withdrew

For the second time this month I have not been able to access my funds. Before I cashed a large check last week, I asked if I could access the funds upon the check clearing. I was assured that I could with a 24 hour notice. Well, after waiting a week or the check to clear, and me calling to give my notice, I was told that I would have to wait another week for me to actually get my money. Banks are all pretty much the same, because they all perform the same function. They act as repository for your money, and then lend it out to others, and then they pay you a little bit of interest. If you are lucky. They also provide checking services, self tificate some deposit, make loans, and mortgages, and lots of other things. If you're looking for a good bank, find one with a down-home friendly fuel to it or people are willing to work with you and treat you like a person.

Great customer service Angelica was amazing and very professional and sweet she was the best, helping me set up my account in online banking and guided me how to use it would recommend to friends and Family in anyone else to bank at IBC

Not happy with the way they handle the replacement of bank cards been waiting over 2 weeks and no card as of yet. Hard for me to come in being disabled
