I’m a very stratified customer. All the years I have banked with them I have never had an issue with my account. Everyone is always friendly and professional.
I have been using the Victoria IBC branch off of Navarro for six months now. During that time a teller named Alexis has shown to have excellent customer service. Always has a great attitude, greets me by name, and is knowledgeable about my account being that I work in the area and don't live in Victoria.
IBC has a policy where they hold your paycheck for 11 days for the first month. Well it's been over a month and they're still holding paychecks. Their fraud department calls you for every single internet purchase that you make. Their customer service agents calls you on a weekly basis to harass you. This is one of the worst dating experiences I have had. Save your time save your frustration and find another bank this one is horrible.
Really bad service. I requested the teller to cash and deposit two checks. The teller tells me she can only cash it or deposit but not both, as per her supervisor. I told her that she is going to do double work because I'm going to send her the cash back and deposit the money into my account. Now the teller can't give me my checkstubs back because she lost them.
Main thing is...they are closed on weekends. Working people don't have time to go to the bank during weekdays, by the time people are off..they are closed!
