I've been with IBC since 2017. I was never satisfied until recently when Ms Tammy of the Castle Hills branch became my officer. Her and the team have made a world of difference in my business and subsequently, my stress level! So appreciative for their efforts!

I switched from Bank of America to IBC and so glad I DID! Totally awesome energy! I walked in and everyone had smiles and felt like they made the best of their experience working there by chatting and smiling with each other and with customers. A special thank you to Kiana for making my visit pleasant. I opened my checking account with $10. They provide first 50 checks complimentary. and Guess what? Charlene is the most ugliest, rudest person I've ever had to deal with. Her energy is extremely negative and makes me uncomfortable to go to the bank. She make's condescending remarks and then acts like she's doing me a favor by providing me with services. Her attitude is disgusting, rude, and disrespectful. I want to switch banks because of her. I didn't want overdraft either and they still put it on. And when I asked her to take it off she refused. I don't recommend this place to anyone.

Crypto-friendly bank with great overdraft policies. Not good for people who often travel, as they are not in many cities/states. Hoping they are working to provide trading of digital assets, a great way to stay relevant in the new financial and economic world.
