They have the kindest employees. I want to mention how kind they are: Neal Beuyle, Joshua, Carolyn, Levi Zylee, and Estella. They are compassionate; they truly care about you. They've been so gracious and professional at their job. I love how they make me feel as I'm walking out of the Bank. Newish to the area and just discovered this closer branch. Loved the relax, comfortable, calm, and quiet atmosphere. Felt instantly relaxed and even a bit destressed just entering. Instantly received a warm, friendly greeting and help with several transaction. Was also a pleasant surprise to discover this branch now had foreign currency options! Much, much more convenient for me. Thank you for such a wonderful first time experience! Well wishes!

I don't live local to an IBC anymore, but I still have accounts. I stopped today because my debit cards had expired. During my visit, Hunter assisted me. I updated my name, after a change due to marriage, well over a year ago at a different location. Come to find out, that was never done. Hunter took care of that, as well as the new debit cards. They started charging me a fee for a dormant savings account. I went into this branch on 9/5/23 to request fees be refunded & my account closed (as I was advised over the phone). Spent 30mins there only to be told I would have to wait up to 48hrs for the fees to be refunded, at which point they would call me to come back to get my money. 3wks later, I called for a status as no one had called. I was told someone would call me back after researching it. It's now 11/15/23 & no one ever called me back. Fees still weren't refunde... read more

Needed to get a small cashiers checks and replace my debit card that was damaged. They couldn't help me with the checks but gave helpful suggestions on what I could do. Then I got my card replaced quickly. They were a great help.
