I just wanted to take a moment to recognize Tony at IBC Bank in Oklahoma City. I believe he’s the manager, and he went above and beyond to help me with an issue — even taking time out of his vacation to personally call me and make sure everything was taken care of. Popped by today without an account with a decent sized check to cash. I've been in many banks, some even where I have accounts with very substantial amounts in them, and this branch gave me the absolutely best experience I've ever had at a bank. I've also had banks just straight up refuse to cash a check for someone without an account, so, I didn't exactly know what I was walking into. Opened new account ( I've been an ibc account holder for over 10 years) and somehow the card printer failed and after two new cards, my pin still would not work. Called multiple times but obviously not their fault I can't remember my pin, right. Yeah. no. Do mailing a replacement card to save me a 45 min drive to the bank would take 4-6 weeks. Huh? I have used this bank for 4 years and have always been treated fairly and with the upmost respect. All the personnel are friendly and very knowledgeable about all my accounts as I have multiple. They have even fixed where I made mistakes and showed me how to take care of them so it wouldn't occur again. I love my bank. As well as the one I started with in South Texas that I had for 3 years before moving.

I walked in and was told that I had to wait for my replacement card, no big deal, then the teller who told me to wait replaced someone else’s card. The teller who ended up helping me applied for the wrong line of credit and wasn’t helpful in the slightest with any of my questions. Don’t choose IBC if you live in Oklahoma, I’ve had a bad experience at every location south of okc.
