The ladies at this branch have an amazing staff and great attitude. They are always very helpful extremely pleased with this Alamo location.
this bank is the worse they costed me close to 300 dollars in overdraft fees that were not my fault and then when I wanted to pay off the negative balance they told me to call a number, I call and they say the bank should have taken my money in the first place so I had to wait an extra 3 days just to pay it off. unbelievable
If I could rate it 0 stars I would. Never coming probably even changing banks. To be waiting for a new debit card forever while the attendants talk about how much they hate kids while you're there with your 2 daughter's.
