Walked in and signed up to speak with a person about opening an acct. Waited more then 25 mins and no one said hi to me or asked if I had been helped. In that time 2 other persons walked in and the tellers do greet them and ask them how can they help them . After helping them them they leave . So was disappointed so I left with out opening an acct or answering question I had. I feel they judged me to the way I looked . (Dirty pants and shirt) I'm a motorcycle shop owner / mechanic. The ATM stole my money. Please be careful when depositing money at the ATM at this location. I tried to deposit to $279.00, and didn't return it or add it to my account.

IBC bank is ubiquitous. That is their best feature. Otherwise, I am not satisfied. I do not feel welcome, especially at this specific location. Customer service is minimal. Do not expect to have any sort of conversation with the tellers. From my experience, they have either very low charisma or simply do not care. Also, I have had to continually argue about what I can, and cannot do. For example: 1.) I asked the clerk here if I could send money to my other bank account.
