J.D Power wants surveys for free, getting customer opinions is kind of desition making data base, but for free? No way, better the short way Google Reviews, like this branch at University and Jackson Rd, honestly worst services in the whole IBC Network, yeah, compare Google ratings, after the change manager it looks like services will improve, and trust me, now it's worst than the last manager branch (even though she didn't speak Spanish). My experience at this bank could have been better. I visit it monthly to make deposits and Maria’s attitude came off as dismissive and not very welcoming. I hope the team can work on providing a more positive customer experience. She seems to always be in a bad mood.
