Been a customer for many years and I had to pay $15 for a new card and don't forget your password because you have to pay again to get a new card because they won't help you change your password if you don't remember it. I feel like all they want is to charge for everything customer service is not helpful. Ridiculous charges!

I had a very complicated situation where as POA, I needed signing privileges on a relative's bank account. It was arduous and long because of the strict security policies which is precisely what you want when it comes to your finances. Esmer and Yvonne were patient and thorough with me every step of the way and we eventually made it to the finish line. Thanks again ladies for helping me get this extremely complicated situation under control!

I've been with IBC Bank for 18 years and I have never had any money transaction problems. This bank has taken really good care of my checking account. With this new free app service that they have, I can now block my card in case I loose it. And if I find it I can unblock it and continue to use it. I'm staying with IBC for more years to come. Keep up the AMAZING JOB 👍. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this Bank.

I went early Thursday morning the lady that help great customer service help me close my account & open another account. I didn't get her name I was the 1st customer for that day..
