Honestly I don't get why this location is even still open. The hours listed there usually not even there. The atm is broken more often then it works. Finally they do have a sales person. However could they issue a new card no because "the system messed up" 2 cards they tried to issue me in the same in counter and I still left without one. I asked for a withdrawal slip, wasn't given one. Was given a universal debit slip. Honestly the place is a joke.
My first time here! I went in to do a deposit and Merissa helped me. She greeted me with professionalism. She was very busy and kept a smile the whole time. It’s hard to encounter people with smiles nowadays. I will be back!
This ATM will steal your money and this bank will not help you even though it is there ATM that had the mistake. Even though they claim that their maintenance worker comes every Tuesday and that it would be resolved it was not and I'm out hundreds of dollars because they don't want to help. If you see this Bank Run do not put your money here or even give them the time of day because they will not care about you
Went to the drive-thru to deposit money I waited 20 minutes and kept pressing the call button nobody ever responded
