A little minor hiccup with my account and it was fixed over the phone ! Mrs Abigail did a wonderful job and her customer service was through the roof the way she gave me so much comfort and fixed my situation like nothing I would love to recommend her bank service to anyone ! I been with I’ve for 1 year and been through different tellers but this bank teller met all the expectations and went above and beyond she was so sweet ! Mrs Abigail is your girl to go to ! 😊❤️ I’m very satisfied with her

I have been a customer at IBC for over 20 years and I would like to say thanks to Andrew he has the best customer service skills, he knows all of the customers by name. His customer service is off the charts. He gives you that old school customer service which is so refreshing thank you. Keep up the great work Andrew you're the best.

I've had this bank for a few years, every time I go its super fast lol im not sure what's up with the other reviews 😅 I dont usually have to wait too long in line tbh maybe once or twice did I have to wait in line. I withdraw fast, deposit fast, deposit checks fast 🏃‍♂️ they help me with my forgotten password for the app sometimes, I switch my phone number when I get a new one fast. I mean its aight, you know

Always have trouble with my bank app, and anytime I call it’s always a bit awkward . Not with Abigail P, she was kind, informative, and patient with my questions . She was HAPPY to answer them and be there for me. I felt like there was a face to face conversation occurring with how she carried herself throughout the call. Call was around 12:30pm. Really great representative for the company ! ❤️
