The manager there is a good person. With sense of humor and funny
Today 8/5/17 at 11:01am teller number 0220 Stephanie was very rude. We used the drive threw service, with a poor introduction. She did not seem helpful knowledgeable nor did she ask if there was anything else she could help me with. I didn't feel like a customer at the bank I felt more like a burden of her time. I have gone to this bank in the past and it has been a great experience up until this point... sorry to say Stephanie definitely needs more training on customer service....
I'm not normally one to complain, especially in these forums, but JEEZ! IBC Bank Richland Hills - 30 minutes to do a withdrawal in the bank lobby when it's not even busy... Only one teller (poor guy, no support!) working the lobby AND the drive thru. When I entered at 1245pm, 1 customer at the counter and 2 in line, so I was #3. The teller was trying his best, but no help, no supervisor overrides, and no overall support! Never enough tellers inside or outside to the drive-through wait times are astronomical. It is a rarity that you’re not waiting over 20 to 30 minutes. The only good thing about it is their extended weekday and weekend hours that’s the main reason I stay with US BANK. Years ago I would travel the outskirts of the Texas borders and this was the only banking system available.
This branch should be have a wakeup call by corporate! This big building and they have 6 people standing around while one teller works! 3 people in line and it takes a half hour to get out of there!!! Its been that way 5 years ago and still that way! Good customer service my @$$. I've also had checking payments show once and disappear in my log only to show up again a week later showing non sufficient!
