IBC is the place to go! Quick and easy transactions. Friendly customer service. I love that wait times in store and drive through are not extensive! I just had a baby not to long ago, I know how hard pregnancy and work can be. I was very impressed with the way Monica Muniz handled herself throughout her term. Very polite, allowed me to pick the best options that were in my best interests, guided me through transactions all while having an open mind and smile on her face. Great service overall, IBC.
I reluctantly signed up for an account here hoping for the best. The customer service is terrible. You’ll wait for thirty minutes in line just to deposit a check. You’re better off with no bank account thank banking at IBC. You’ll lose money banking here.
First time setting up an account at IBC, was quickly greeted and got amazing help from JJ. He helped me set up my account fairly quickly, was very respectful and answered all my questions. Great Service!
