Worse bank to have a business with, they always take forever in lane just to deposit for the end of day. They always only have ONE TELLER!! To close shift for all this ! And this affects all of us!! Worse managing ever !
8/13/25 around 3 pm. This is my first time going to this bank. A girl with glasses & a guy at the window were so rude. Their customer service is horrible. I couldn't hear the guy on the speaker because he was mumbling and told him twice and he gave attitude, rudely passed the mic to the girl and walked away. she aggressively asked if I can hear her. I only went to cash a check and it took 30 minutes or even more. & Mind you there was only one car next to me. They obviously didn't know what they were doing. & Yes I told them ... read more
Julissa is one of the best employees at this location, always willing to help. I’ve seen her working the drive thru and front ON HER OWN, while the other associates were on their cellphones. She deserves a raise or a promotion!! Super sweet and awesome ! 👍🏼
