Bad service, teller supervisor chatting away while has long line, spent about 30 minutes waiting. Tellers in back not helping out with line. Branch manager also just chatting away in office. Harlingen on Tyler
Worse bank to have a business with, they always take forever in lane just to deposit for the end of day. They always only have ONE TELLER!! To close shift for all this ! And this affects all of us!! Worse managing ever !
Entire staff is always great, started doing my change orders at this location due to staff friendliness!!!
