This review was done December 4, 2025. I just recently went to your bank and your manager said you close at 3:30 PM. I’m sure it has to do with some sort of Christmas party. We all have it great but if you know that I have to cash a check and I’m gonna go to another branch. Make sure that you tell me that they’re all closed. I go to another one which is located on 23rd in Trenton and that’s closed as well. Horrendously slow drive through, commercial accounts are treated like crap I rather go to the ones in Walmart’s at least there they get you in and out. A thousand dollar deposit shouldn’t take 30 Minutes to count

Abigail went above beyond to help me with my situation. Employees like her make make customers like us want to come back and bring our business to IBC. Management please acknowledge these employee for her super especial customer service....... 100%

They are thieft. They stole my money using policies they can impose. Manager Tina lacks customer service, she leaves early and employees are unable to help on some topics requiring a manager. There are better banking services elsewhere, don't be caught with these thieves.

Horrible customer service. Came to get new debit card at 8:30am, ok it opened till 9. Walked around Walmart then 15mns prior to opening stood right outside literally near the tellers area. Both guy and lady came out to set up their standing posters and so forth getting ready to open.
