Why neither one of them could get up and help for five minutes is beyond me. There was a line two tellers and both very busy.
Oh boy, do I have mixed thoughts about this? On the one hand yes they are everywhere and deposits are even at those machines where one can withdraw money at all hours, the name doesn't come to mind right now, and customer service is great and it even has Visa alerts... which is why I was still with them... but on the other hand, those temporary DL isn't acceptable. You will always have ignorant people complaining and the majority of the time some complaints are valid. BUT not when it comes to IBC, other banks wish they could compare to IBC. They are everywhere, they are almost a 24 - 7 access deal. Even on Sundays 👍👍
I, personally have always had excellent experiences here. It’s a small bank and very close to my house. I have been in and out in less than ten minutes each time. The ATM is a whole different story. What a joke and nightmare. I don’t even consider wasting my time driving to it. It never accepts deposits and/or it’s out of service. Sometimes I go just because I’m a hopeful person but it always disappoints. I don’t recall going through the drive through but after reading the reviews on it, I might just skip it. Reviewing a bank is hard. And usually we all post when we have a bad experience and want to warn others. So I'm writing my review while I haven't had a good or bad experience to be objective. The good first; whatever issue I have with my account, they solve it. So locally, they are fine. Most tellers and managers are fine. They go out of their way to help you, as far as their authority goes, which isn't much. Which leads me to the bad; everyone bows down to corporate policy.
