I visited this bank recently and, unfortunately, had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered. The teller, wearing a blue and yellow Goodyear jacket, displayed a shockingly pompous attitude. Instead of providing courteous and professional assistance, her demeanor was dismissive and unhelpful, making the entire interaction unnecessarily frustrating. I know verification is important, but to be treated like you do not know enough about your money u have is absurd! Chad trys to help by saying No no no, we can't do that, then the manager jumps in to assist him and he the manager attempted to explain like I'm a child. Stay away from their Mortgage team. The loan officer that I worked with was horrible. They lack communication and have the worst customer service ever. I am a first time home buyer and I had the most horrific experience with their mortgage team. I had to constantly call my loan officer for an update. Most of the time I could not get a hold of my loan officer and I literally had to reach out to the loan processor to have my loan officer call me.
