This location always has something wrong with their ATM. They only have one outdoor machine and whenever I want to use it it's always down. Don't waste your time driving to this location. It's undependable.
I needed some cash, little did I know that the atm fee was going to be $4. If you don’t want people to consider your bank because of your predatory practices, just say so.
I absolutely love coming to IBC on Walzem! The entire staff goes above and beyond with their service, always making each visit a great experience. Everyone here is friendly, professional, and truly cares about their customers. Chanel, the manager, leads an amazing team with great personalities and outstanding customer service. The tellers Faye, Daniel, and Devena are always so kind, attentive, and make every interaction enjoyable. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a bank that treats you like family!
We waited over an hour, then walked out. We were trying to open a checking account. There were only 3 people to work the desk, drive through, and counter
That's it I'm closing my account next week, Atm broken again !! can't rely on this pos bank i get off work late i need an atm to deposit when bank is closed ! 😡
