10 Minutes BEFORE They closed the brought people inside and ran 3 of us off. There was no one else in line and had not been closing time. They could have received us then closed line. They have $$$to pay overtime. Worst customer service
Worst experience I've ever had at a bank. Some kid was working as manager and he couldn't even help me 🙄
Been doing business here for years. Great customer service and when the line is long they try to help people waiting. 👍
Can’t stand coming here, the tellers and management are just lazy, they seem in no rush to get you served. I was in on the 21’st and the woman at the tellers desk was literally just sitting there doing nothing while people were standing in line, she seemed not to care 4 people were waiting to be served. Disgraceful
Terrible service, multiple teller lanes staffed but closed at 3 o'clock on a Friday. Only 1/3 personal bankers was tending to customers.
