Rashonda the manager at site, isn't cooperative in opening a business account. As well she doesn't seem eager to grow the business at the branch. I come in will all of my documents to open business account except one. I inform the manager I don't have access to a printer, and if the location has a printer we could use to print the single document I needed. Very pleasant experience today... Ashia and her team were very kind, helpful, patient and thorough.
Horrible and very racist and had the most rudest staff and corporate staff ever! When you go to a bank to deposit money or withdraw money you’re trusting the people who work in this bank to make sure everything is protected and secure, but they don’t even care about their customers only thing they care about is money in their own freaking pockets. They won’t even call back about an issue and they constantly steal money from their customers. Even the blind can see that this bank is very low class and useless. If you work here... read more
