Rashonda the manager at site, isn't cooperative in opening a business account. As well she doesn't seem eager to grow the business at the branch. I come in will all of my documents to open business account except one. I inform the manager I don't have access to a printer, and if the location has a printer we could use to print the single document I needed. Horrible and very racist and had the most rudest staff and corporate staff ever! When you go to a bank to deposit money or withdraw money you’re trusting the people who work in this bank to make sure everything is protected and secure, but they don’t even care about their customers only thing they care about is money in their own freaking pockets. This place has the highest rate of staff turn over I have seen. Service is slow. Went to do a wire transfer it took about 3 hour, still it could not be processed due to their signature pad would not work.. This is not a new issue with this bank. I have seen this issue with for several years banking with this bank, but yet same issue everyday. No one seem to fix the issue. The new manager on Portland promised to call back, never did. I love my IBC branch! They've always been really good to me. They have always treated me with respect, and have always gone the extra mile to make sure I was happy banking there. The people are polite and although at times they seem understaffed, I've never had to wait very long. I've banked at 5 different banks in my time, but IBC has been the best so far.

I have been a customer and an employee for IBC bank and in both matters i had an awful experience. as a customer my calls were never answered and my calls were never returned when they told me they would. As an employee it was 10x worse. they set up their tellers and personal bankers for failure and say help is only a call away but even as an employee my calls were never answered or returned. They have hidden fees on all of their accounts that customers are never told about and are constantly taking customers money. i felt t... read more
