Yalls policy on not able to cash ibc checks thru drive thru without an account really sucks. I can understand if the check are not ibc checks and you need documentation of the person that cash the checks. But when I come up to ibc I have to stand in a long ass line to cash an ibc check cause yall won’t let people to come through the drive through without accounts. And while at the same time the drive through is empty. There is literally 40 something people in front of me and this policy really sucks and to top it all ... read more
Called this IBC bank like 6 times and they never answer worst customer service.
Worst service. They take forever.They answer the phone when the have people in front of them
About a year ago I went to get a loan from my savings account, I decided to not open it later on and they froze my money. A year has passed and they keep telling me that I cant have access to any of it.
always understaffed regardless of the time and day. If you stay late for services you will most likely have customers!! Yet there is always insufficient staff. Worst IBC service in Laredo
