Worst service. They take forever.They answer the phone when the have people in front of them
About a year ago I went to get a loan from my savings account, I decided to not open it later on and they froze my money. A year has passed and they keep telling me that I cant have access to any of it.
Called this IBC bank like 6 times and they never answer worst customer service.
always understaffed regardless of the time and day. If you stay late for services you will most likely have customers!! Yet there is always insufficient staff. Worst IBC service in Laredo
