I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment with the level of service I received from Pedro Beascochea, a loan officer at IBC Bank’s Kirby location. Unfortunately, due to his lack of professionalism and poor handling of critical documents, I ended up losing money and was unable to close a deal I had been working on. Every single time we walk into our bank, it’s at least an hour and we leave frustrated because they can’t ever help us with what we need. Can’t even get a voided check… not this location specifically, just the whole business. An hour of our day wasted and it took 3 employees to say “we can’t get you a voided check because your account wasn’t opened here”.
