My experience at IBC Bank was frustrating. The staff didn’t seem attentive, and I had to wait quite a while before being helped, even though the branch wasn’t very busy. When I finally received assistance, the explanation of my transaction was unclear and felt rushed. The overall customer service experience definitely needs improvement.

IBC has been my bank for over 10 yrs great service, short lines, managers and staff are professional and respectful people. By the way my account has Never been jacked

if i could give less than one stars i would!!!! i’ve worked in customer service all my life and they have terrible customer service. what happened to catering to the customer? especially when i’m trusting them with my hard earned money. i can’t speak for everyone, but the few employees that helped me were incompetent and racist! i had to literally do everything just for them to give me my funds even threatened to have security called on me. the ladies helping me out were super passive aggressive and then were shocked when i ... read more

Every single time we walk into our bank, it’s at least an hour and we leave frustrated because they can’t ever help us with what we need. Can’t even get a voided check… not this location specifically, just the whole business. An hour of our day wasted and it took 3 employees to say “we can’t get you a voided check because your account wasn’t opened here”.
