if i could give less than one stars i would!!!! i’ve worked in customer service all my life and they have terrible customer service. what happened to catering to the customer? especially when i’m trusting them with my hard earned money. i can’t speak for everyone, but the few employees that helped me were incompetent and racist! i had to literally do everything just for them to give me my funds even threatened to have security called on me. the ladies helping me out were super passive aggressive and then were shocked when i ... read more

Every single time we walk into our bank, it’s at least an hour and we leave frustrated because they can’t ever help us with what we need. Can’t even get a voided check… not this location specifically, just the whole business. An hour of our day wasted and it took 3 employees to say “we can’t get you a voided check because your account wasn’t opened here”. I am extremely frustrated with Ibc. you call their office (the number to the local office) only to be told they're transferring you to the customer service line but there's no way to call customer service directly. The wait is always at least 5 min. Their hours are from 8:30-5:30 so if you work 8-6 then you're not able to talk to anyone. If the operator transfers you to an associate, the phone rings for 1 minute and no one answers. Most office are closed on Saturdays so you can't go on weekends.
