I would give 0 stars to IBC. I’ve banked with IBC for over 20 years and I’m done. They offer NO benefit for customer at all. They are technologically behind. They don’t offer early direct deposit like most banks and they don’t message or text when you are in the red or give you 24 hours to deposit. Seems as if they manipulate the speed at which they clear transactions when you are in the red to make sure they get their NSF fees. I have an account with 2 other banks and IBC is the worst. I've had an account with IBC for 22 years. I go through the drive thru to withdraw some money from my checking account. I gave them my account card,my driver's license and they tell me that the signature on current account does not match the one from 22 years ago. I've never had any issues before in 22 years with my so called signature. I withdrew my money from IBC and will open an account with a different bank. IBC is pathetic. Don't waste your time with these people.

IBC is a useless bank. But this Branch is the most. They don’t even answer calls & when they do they give you a shitty attitude. I would too if I worked there.
