I would give 0 stars to IBC. I’ve banked with IBC for over 20 years and I’m done. They offer NO benefit for customer at all. They are technologically behind. They don’t offer early direct deposit like most banks and they don’t message or text when you are in the red or give you 24 hours to deposit. Seems as if they manipulate the speed at which they clear transactions when you are in the red to make sure they get their NSF fees. I have an account with 2 other banks and IBC is the worst. IBC is a useless bank. But this Branch is the most. They don’t even answer calls & when they do they give you a shitty attitude. I would too if I worked there.

I've had an account with IBC for 22 years. I go through the drive thru to withdraw some money from my checking account. I gave them my account card,my driver's license and they tell me that the signature on current account does not match the one from 22 years ago. I've never had any issues before in 22 years with my so called signature. I withdrew my money from IBC and will open an account with a different bank. IBC is pathetic. Don't waste your time with these people.

I give the bank staff a bad review we arrived and there was a lady sitting down for 20 minutes and the the staff was just sitting and gossiping I had to get up and ask them if someone was going to help the people on their list and wow the lady got up as soon as I went up to them . Have them wait for lunch to be gossiping managers
