Despite doing business with IBC for over 20 years my in-branch interactions have been very few but all had been positive until my last visit on 2/18. Walked in to this location around noon and needed speak with a sales rep. After registering name on list, waited a while to be serviced. If I could do 0 stars I would. IBC bank is not a bank you can trust. We went in about a month ago because we want our daughter to start building her credit. We applied for a SECURED credit card in the amount of 300 dlls and she was approved after we gave them all of my daughters information SSN, DL, and all other information they requested. After a week my daughter received an email from IBC asking for her personal information again so we went in person to the bank and gave them her information again so now it's been two ... read more
Came to cash in my check . Zuelma has horrible customer service not even a smile . This location really needs to hire better employees for their business.
Horrible service. I went today and all I did was request change for a $100 since I've bank with IBC Bank for more than 20 years. The girls tone of voice was very rude! First tells me she can't hear me, then starts asking for i.d. The tone!!! I didn't appreciate her attitude so then I ask for manager. She says, "They are all gone for the day!. Plus, today's my last day!" Why would you let someone work alone on their last day of work?
Frustrating! I went to this branch a month ago to close my account. Mrs. Rachel helped me out or so I thought. She said my account was all closed and it was all good. A week later I log in to see my accounts and there were 2 charges with fees that had gone through. I went back to the bank and was helped by another associate and she credited me the money and I made the 2 deposits and I asked her to close my account this time as I didn't want to go back again.
