We had a great experience at this location thanks to Michael who assisted us. He was incredibly attentive, patient, and knowledgeable, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free.
Review for IBC Bank (Commercial Drive-Thru): I waited over 25 minutes in the commercial bay just to deposit a check. There were two bays open, yet the teller struggled to handle even one transaction at a time. Another customer arrived 10–15 minutes after me, and she started trying to assist both of us simultaneously — it was completely disorganized and frustrating. This kind of service defeats the purpose of a commercial lane.
Made a deposit and asked teller Angela if I could have 2 check registers one for my account and one for my husband's account and she told me she could only give me one and she was taking so long. Very bad service on her part. Will be changing banks soon. Do not go to this bank instead go to the one on cage street better staff and customer service.
Customer service really bad i when to get change thru the drive thru . Elma they said no because i didnt have my ID . I gave them my ss# like time before and they still didnt want to give me change . I send my assitant to get change and they didnt even asked for her ID or anything they just gave her the change !!
Despite doing business with IBC for over 20 years my in-branch interactions have been very few but all had been positive until my last visit on 2/18. Walked in to this location around noon and needed speak with a sales rep. After registering name on list, waited a while to be serviced. Given it was during lunch hours and only 1 person assisting guest, I stepped out since it appeared customer being assisted was going to take a while.
