I called the IBC Bank downtown to ask if the ATM worked after hours. Jessie told me yes, so I drove all the way there just to find out the ATM was actually out of service. Kinda annoying because that’s literally what I called to verify. A simple heads-up would’ve saved me the trip. Btw it’s not the first time IBC keeps their ATM machines out of service. Time for a switch.

My mother and I have had an exceptional experience with IBC Bank thus far. This is the second location we've visited. What's working: quick and personal meetings to handle accounts, cordial staff, cute coin banks for the littles What could be better: timeliness of action taken, had to call a few times to get things done Overall, a good bank to work with.

Lazy & unprofessional. I went in to apply for a loan and no one would take the time to speak to me even though the place was empty. They insisted I fill out an application. I did not want to fill out an application without discussing my options. This bank is not serious about making money. I went down to Frost bank and was attended to promptly.

This is one of the worst financial institutions I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with I’ve closed my account and I will never ever do business with these ppl again. First I made a cash deposit which their manager miss rose Mary assured me was her fault well I had to pay up for her fault. Extremely unprofessional one lady named Kristen or Kirsten or amber im not sure hung up in my face and gave me immense attitude...I wouldn’t recommend especially the downtown location...👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

Went to branch closed account and signed electronically to do so with Max. Called 20 days later since nothing in mail stating closed. Account still open. I can't even close an account with $0 funds in it. Pathetic, glad I took my $$$ elsewhere. Watch them charge me for dormant account or something else.
