System malfunctions show incorrect balance. Happened twice within a few weeks. So much fraud. I dont think they know how to handle security. Closing my account. Would not recommend anyone use this bank. I dont trust them one bit. I think their cybersecurity is run by children (more likely very old and out of touch people). And the only way I can even try to complain is online in a review. STAY AWAY from this bank.
Lavonna is rude and not helpful at all. She doesn't do what she says she will do and then leaves you needing help with no other options but to change banks.
Terrible Customer service! I am parked right across the hall from this Bank 10 years and I had to deal with this Bank quite often. They went through multiple managers and Tellers during this time and never did I receive any decent customer service! I wouldn't recommend this thing to anyone
