It is a small branch so almost all the time I go there there's a waiting line and my average time is about 8 - 10 minutes They offer the standard banking services and have account executives to assist on more specific requests from a bank.
For the past two months they have been giving my husband so much trouble!! Claiming that they can only deposit his checks. Without even looking at his check or anything. But last week I went with him and they cashed it. He went today and they just looked at his id and told him that they can only deposit and not cash checks. How is this even possible?? When I go to any other IBC we never have this issue. But just this one? It’s no wonder they have such low ratings. Such a shame that they put the IBC Bank’s name to shame!!
Terrible service, once I was made to switch lanes from business to personal when literally was empty just because I was in the wrong line while I was right infront of the window. Without mentioning the lack of speed when getting money since you have to make a check every time you go to this specific IBC. I only come because of convenience, never because I want to.
Always cash my check, but today waited 30 min for them to say they couldn’t cash it.
Worst service ever!!!! Ridiculous waiting time been here for more than 45 minutes and there are 5 more people waiting.... only one person in customer service.....
