John from this bank seemed very irritated with this senior citizen, the way he was speaking with her wasn’t in good manner. It made me very uncomfortable to see the lack of good customer service.
Have been banking here even before I read the horrible reviews. After their atm has been close for over two weeks now I can never deposit money anymore because I work before they open and get out of work after they close. Every direct deposit takes 2-3 days to actually get into my bank and if I charge before then I’ll get hit with a $30 overdraft fee. Never in my life have I herd from other people that it takes this long to receive their cash, my SO gets his money the day of if not instantly from his bank. Customer service ... read more
Words can not describe on how much I absolutely hate this bank! They never seem to know what is going on. There is always only one teller. If you get a fraud they can’t tell you why it happened and never seem to help you. There answer for everything is always “I don’t know” the online banking is never available. IBC Bank has become an absolute NIGHTMARE. They have been stealing my money unawares with Multiple Overdraft Charges applied to my account after over drafting once. And when I call to have them correct thier mistakes they advise that there is nothing they can do. ABSOLUTLY NOT. You will not take my hard earned money and tell me there is nothing you can do when you clearly see where the charges have been applied multiple times for ONE Overdraft. Came in to two tellers standing around talking to each other while a third teller is only only one doing any work. Usually friendly quick service. Only this time a bunch of lazy workers not wanting to do their job.
