Have been banking here even before I read the horrible reviews. After their atm has been close for over two weeks now I can never deposit money anymore because I work before they open and get out of work after they close. Every direct deposit takes 2-3 days to actually get into my bank and if I charge before then I’ll get hit with a $30 overdraft fee. Staff yelling across the lobby(banking information), instead of walking over to the desk and talking quietly. The scanner was down and told it had been down for days. We had to go to another location to complete transactions.
Words can not describe on how much I absolutely hate this bank! They never seem to know what is going on. There is always only one teller. If you get a fraud they can’t tell you why it happened and never seem to help you. There answer for everything is always “I don’t know” the online banking is never available. Closed Saturdays. What a joke. Updating my review to say I went in there recently and the younger lady with the charm bracelet and the younger guy she was working with were very helpful.
IBC Bank has become an absolute NIGHTMARE. They have been stealing my money unawares with Multiple Overdraft Charges applied to my account after over drafting once. And when I call to have them correct thier mistakes they advise that there is nothing they can do. ABSOLUTLY NOT. You will not take my hard earned money and tell me there is nothing you can do when you clearly see where the charges have been applied multiple times for ONE Overdraft.
