Wow , I really can’t express my gratitude enough for the 2 bank tellers that helped me out last week Wednesday. Y’all the bank was closing and they stayed a lil over 30 mins to help get my CHECK CASHED! The check wasn’t registered yet in there system, then the verification process wasn’t going through, we had to continually contact the issuers, finally, EVERYTHING WENT THROUGH! Check was cashed and I thanked them so much! Mind you this is not my Bank. IBC BANK employees are TOP TIER!
Branch did not order me a card or checks (according to customer service). Called customer service. Had to go all the way back to this exact branch to "get my debit card". The branch had no info on the card or checks which were ordered (keep in mind this was mid December). Its now almost mid February and I still have no card or checks which were ordered. I do not understand how there can be this much confusion on simple request from a bank, but if you do not want to deal with this type of confusion and delays for simple banki... read more
I.B.C. bank in general : More often than not, they have gone out of their way to meet my needs as a customer, as far as going into any of the banks, and doing transactions. The app, and security, however, is somewhat of a pain in the (!@#$%!?!). I have been locked out of my bank account on several occasions, through the app, all because I was getting my car fixed, or, applied for a small loan. This is my experience with IBC since opening the account. Before reading this review I want you to know that everything you’re about to read is true and not exaggerated one bit. Here we go. I had some issues with fees IBC is trying to charge me. IBC staff has been sending me around to other staff to help me out with the issue, yet nobody has really care about it. The only thing I keep hearing is that they cannot do anything about it. A week after filing my complaint, they are still doing the same thing where they just keep sending me around to other staff to help me out with the issue, yet nobody has really care about it.
