Worst bank ever in general Too many holidays off Open at 9 AM not staying late No Saturday’the majority of the branch If you are retiree, it is yours otherwise choose something different
I’ve been banking with IBC for over 10 years and I have found them to be always be friendly, professional, reasonable, and very helpful. Paula Payne guided my parents in their retirement and has helped my husband and I in financial decisions as well. I also appreciate that they offer free checking, savings, and on-line bill pay. I highly recommend this bank.
Wish I could rate it worse. Like negative 5. Just reopened an account wish I hadn't. People have done nothing but b.s. me from the beginning. Use to love this bank. That is why I came back. But nothing but lies and terrible customer service since I have came back will be closing my account as soon as I can. Once a great bank now sucks.
Not sure what's with the low ratings but I've been going here for a little over a year now and everyone's really nice and super helpful
