Am trying to get my address updated. Can’t use my debit card bc the address doesn’t match the card. Can’t do it online only in person but at the Bandera branch with 3 tellers& 1 customer service rep.. if he is involved with client you have to wait..NOBODY BUT CS CAN CHANGE IT! SO STUPID & NO NEW POLICY IN 25 yrs!!! Mr Nixon please give your tellers the authorization!!’ All the other banks do BUT THEY DONT USE YOUR SLOGAN!!! “We DO More”
