This is the worst bank I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. My sister’s account was overdrawn for too long because she’s disabled and her entire disability check got rerouted to pay her nursing home bill, so IBC closed the account right before she was supposed to get the check back. Since then, they have repeatedly lied to us and strung us along. They claimed they sent the check back to SSA, only to later admit they pocketed part of it. The tellers are always curtious and in a good mood, that really helps me sometimes, and I've never been refused help when I go in the bank with a question or problem.after 5 years or so I don't want to bank with anyone else, ever. Thank you iBC
i love this bank and Natalie Vance is the best . Very helpful , knowledgeable and great customer service . She always has a smile on her face and willing to help in any fashion .
ATM constantly has issues. Today my husband tried to withdraw $200. The machine never disbursed the cash but the account was charged. He went into the bank and told them what happened and asked for the $200. They refused and said he had to call the atm dispute number. He did and they said it would take 3 days to investigate. My husband has been complaining about the atm issues for the last year or so but the issues persist. Today before he drove up to the atm the overhead light said it was open. Absolutely the worst bank. DO NOT USE IBC BANK Customer service is horrendous. The online banking app will have errors that cost you in over draft fees. More than once my account has shown all charges to be posted, then I have ONE charge come through that will overdraw my account but I will get overdraft fees for charges that cleared the previous day.
