ATM constantly has issues. Today my husband tried to withdraw $200. The machine never disbursed the cash but the account was charged. He went into the bank and told them what happened and asked for the $200. They refused and said he had to call the atm dispute number. He did and they said it would take 3 days to investigate. My husband has been complaining about the atm issues for the last year or so but the issues persist. Today before he drove up to the atm the overhead light said it was open. Absolutely the worst bank. DO NOT USE IBC BANK Customer service is horrendous. The online banking app will have errors that cost you in over draft fees. More than once my account has shown all charges to be posted, then I have ONE charge come through that will overdraw my account but I will get overdraft fees for charges that cleared the previous day. If this happens more than once in a 6 month period they will not help. Even though my account online STILL shows all charges had previously cleared. They said their system ... read more
Went in the get banking done for my Dad. The people were nice and helpful. We were able to get everything done and they even helped him with investments for down the road. Jackie genuinely cares for the well being of my Dad and his accounts. More than just a bank.
IBC bank has done a great job connecting to people. Their Free Checking was ahead of its time and their service is exemplary.
