20 mins later! Omg why does it always take a long time just for a deposit. The slowest bank I have ever used!! I was the only car in the drive through. So there shouldn't be a problem. But my husband and I have had this problem for several years. Didn't want to change banks Because all are accounts are connected to this accounr and our bills etc. But we are changing banks FINALLY. This 20 made me late to an appointment. We are so done with them.
The tellers are always curtious and in a good mood, that really helps me sometimes, and I've never been refused help when I go in the bank with a question or problem.after 5 years or so I don't want to bank with anyone else, ever. Thank you iBC

This is the worst bank I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. My sister’s account was overdrawn for too long because she’s disabled and her entire disability check got rerouted to pay her nursing home bill, so IBC closed the account right before she was supposed to get the check back. Since then, they have repeatedly lied to us and strung us along. They claimed they sent the check back to SSA, only to later admit they pocketed part of it. ATM constantly has issues. Today my husband tried to withdraw $200. The machine never disbursed the cash but the account was charged. He went into the bank and told them what happened and asked for the $200. They refused and said he had to call the atm dispute number. He did and they said it would take 3 days to investigate.
