This bank is awful My mom just deposit to her account and they charged her and they took money away from what she did so she did so she disappointed
For currency exchange MXN to USD, Clerk did review my bills and return me few back, stating bills were torn. No big deal so far, by the time Clerk hand me over the exchanged bills in dollars she left from her post and left me there alone, obviously service wasn't complete if you agree with me. I started checking my given bills in return and found out that some were torn. I end up raising hand and voice to be attended again because again I was alone, like she knew I'll find out. Terrible service they don’t have any good service 1 hour for nothing was trying to do a new account and the guy there left like for 10 minutes poor customer service will not recommend this location
I was there almost an hour and the person on charge very slow and not helping anyone, he expend almost and hour doing nothing, I spoke to him and he didn’t care, his name was Rolando Barbosa.
About 40 people in line and only one person servicing us. Could have sworn I heard “ I’m switching to new bank” 10 times
