Avoid this bank if you value your time. Their internal processes are archaic—expect 10-day holds on standard deposits and weeks of waiting for simple loan approvals. In an era of instant banking, IBC is still operating like it’s thirty years ago. I’ve lost all confidence in their ability to handle my finances.

I showed up to a lobby full of people expecting the worst, but sales associate Irma approached everybody waiting and individually asked what we needed help with. She then helped me with my banking matters and was done in what seemed to be 10 minutes maximum. Excellent service. Will definitely be back to this branch thanks to the excellent service I received.

Not one IBC from Banquito South to the Main One Downtown next to the Railroad, never answer. Hate this so called Customer Service Got down and they’re just standing while phone is ringing. Please Answer Calls What’s The Reason For Having Phone Number

The money is of the government, so the services at least must to be standard, minimum. The long awaited update app is a disappointment.
