This branch of IBC has taken great care of me for years. Nathalie the bank associate had recently helped me through a major bank transaction which took time, and precision to make right. Nathalie went above and beyond to help me with the transfer. Iverlyn was the manager at the time who also greatly assisted with our situation when Nathalie wasn't there. Overall they provided me with excellent service, and once again cementing the reason why I have been banking with IBC for over 30 years.

Poor customer service. They don't care about their customers. I've banked with them for over 10 years had one request and was told no.

Am thinking of leaving them ' atm never works am always anding to have to go looking for anor atm at cesar Chavez and it never works either. So i get payment's late amd just wasted gas looking for a good work atm to deposit

*doesn't care about the customer *If something goes wrong they will never have your back especially if they can make money off of your tragedy (i.e being hacked or mischarges) *case number will never work on the customer care line *reps will never call you back about your case *actively ignoring displeased costumers *Not working on the case unless the customer come in and basically force them to do their job *using language such as "its the customer fault" looking at you Omar *The bank clearly do not pay their workers enough... read more
