There is 1 teller that has great customer service. She's the first smile I see and the only one that greets and helps us. Friday she was not at her station. So Kaylee (?) "helped" me. No hello. Never looking at my face. Sure enough I asked my balance she was about $400 short. So I asked her to look up the previous balance she had quoted before the deposit. She couldn't tell me. She finally gave me the correct balance and I asked her to give me a receipt of my balance. Like I said the only person is the 1st teller on the righ... read more

I used to love this location. I actually followed a manager who was moved from the Stone Oak location to ensure I kept the same service. Having been a customer for 6 years now, I have seen this location go through countless workers and at least 5 or 6 managers. Each time a manager is replaced, there seems to be new policies in place and confusion with client accounts. They tell me wires can't be sent out with an hour left before deadline, cashier's checks can't be deposited, or other excuses that push me further and further... read more

Awesome customer service, the whole team is great starting with Manager Jackie, and rest of the crew Devena, Joseph, and Elizabeth. Best branch hands down!

So disappointing... I have a substantial business account here for 2 years, Opened my new business account here even though officer Ana Gomez no showed for our last two meetings. I called the bank Monday to ask what the rules were for wire transfers. Told my money would be instantaneous (as wire transfers are guaranteed, I thought ok 24 hours) . Guess what after 27 hours I do not see the wired money (my life's savings) so I call the bank. They ask me if it has been 24 hour, yes, over that. I am concerned my money that... read more

I’m am so happy I choose this location to open my account. I was helped by a gentleman named Presley and he was very helpful and knowledgeable in regards to all my questions and concerns. He gave me options and explained what would be best for me. Great worker he deserves a raise and a corner office ☺️.
