I’m at IBC now. I’ve been waiting 15 minutes. I just asked the teller how long it will be until she can help me. She has been helping someone else for the last 15 minutes. There are three other employees here, but none of them can help me cash my check. This is why I’m quitting this bank. Not enough help everything takes too long. I have one more account and I will be closing it soon because the service is ridiculous.
If I didn’t have to use this bank for work I would absolutely not come here. To just make a deposit take 10+ minutes itself. God forbid if you have cars in front of you you’ll be sitting here for 30+ minutes. There’s been times where I have drove up and the people are slouched over asleep. That’s just sad. Get some better people in here.
Don’t walk away from this branch run! I have my business account and the teller transferred a double payment to a person I paid! They never called me! I caught it when I balanced the book for the week and showed 9 days ago you double transferred hundreds of dollars to someone! I need this corrected. They told me it will take days. I later found out the person that got double paid told them hey you made a mistake! They didn’t correct it then either! No integrity! Shady!!!
Insanely rude staff. Don't know their own policies. When I ask for the branch manager they say they don't have one. Absolutely the worst bank ever to exist!
Horrible, they treat their staff terrible and discriminate towards black workers and they also don’t care about their customers needs. This is the slowest, worst bank in history!!!
