I was hit by a work truck on my way to this bank, and while I was dealing with the situation and speaking with police, the parking lot workers told my husband he couldn’t park there — despite me showing them my bank card to prove I was a customer. The parking lot staff and Mike Compos showed little to no sympathy during a very stressful moment. The building engineer changed a valve on the equipment room on the roof and caused 25k worth of damage in the conference room. No one investigated the issue from management. Lead engineer Mike Compost and he still has a job!?
I personally did not speak with the bank at this location, however I was transferred to dispute line I had a question on my account, the representative I spoke with was super rude! She tried to make me seem stupid! Please assure your representatives are nice and helpful!
I have banked with IBC all of my life. Never in all the experiences i’ve had with customer service, have i been talked to like this. this was my first time speaking to someone on the phone at this location and this lady had such a bad attitude. She literally kept talking over me and wouldn’t even let me finish a thought. I’ve been banking with IBC for a very long time, it is my primary bank but I do not appreciate the teller making cashing a check a lengthy process. She kept going from person to person and made me feel like I was doing something wrong, to save her and my time I just took my check to my Credit Union and had the funds available immediately.
