Am out of town! Called three different IBC Bank locations in Brownsville, TX during regular business hours, I kept hearing that there were no customer service people available. I was unable to get service of any kind. I could not even get automated service. I had just used my debit card at a store in another state and yet, I was informed when I called the automated service that it did not recognize my debit card number (I double checked and I had inserted every number from my debit card correctly and I called three times.) They hold checks for an obscene amount of time. Find another bank to do business with. Look for non-national banks.
Great customer service from the branch manager Mrs. Rosa Valencia. She has been extremely helpful by assisting me to handle my business account. I'm very grateful with her and her staff for their continuous support.

I’ve been banking with this branch for many years. It’s an excellent branch and so convenient. Any time I have a question the staff is there to answer it. In addition, I always speak with Ms. Rosa Valencia. She is always a phone call away and answers right away.
