9:05am and 10th st location is still closed. I opened an account yesterday on veterans and my card does not work.
Would rate a 0 if I could. Worst customer service ever! You can be in line for over 20 mins with no acknowledgement or watch cars that arrive after you leave before you. These tellers better yet the bank as a whole definitely needs to be re trained on their service skills!.

Terrible service with replacement debit cards. Spoke with a phone representative who said they would send me a new replacement debit card for free since I had lost mine but after they cancelled the current one they changed their story and said my only option was to go IN PERSON to the local branch. Once i got to the branch they wanted to charge me a $10 fee for a new card. I complained to one of the ladies about the terrible service on the phone and she said she would charge me the $10 and then submit a ticket so that it wou... read more
