I've been a customer of IBC for many years and during that time when I've had questions or concerns, they're addressed quickly by knowledgeable employees that left me confident knowing that my personal information and monies involved are secure and that I'm protected, as are all others banking there ...
This is the most incompetent bank I have ever been to. I don't think they can even count. It ALWAYS takes an hour to get change for my business. The women that work here are so hateful and angry, it's like they hate their job. Move on ladies this isn't the job for you.
If you like putting money in your checking account but not being able to spend it then this is the bank for you
