If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with this business has been incredibly frustrating and emotionally exhausting. Like many others, I’ve dealt with rude employees who hang up, pretend they can’t hear you, and then don’t answer when you try to call back or answer calls from other branch locations to get through. DO NOT GET THIS BANK. The transactions on the ATM are delayed, itll make you think you have money and the moment you overdraft is a $35 fee. My mom had 9 countd of $35 overdfraft fees in less than a week. Thats $280 dollars worth of overdraft fees on a $70 overdraft equaling a -$350. They said they would try to help us and remove them and they did not. Two women were talking amongst themselves about their personal lives and left myself & another customer waiting for 30 to almost an hour. They didn’t acknowledge me at all when I entered until they were finished with their conversation. I will not be going back to handle my finances at this IBC
Worst bank ever, I am sorry. My husband made one mistake and used the wrong card to make a payment. He used an account that was a dud account used to process our mortgage.... I am with With Wells Fargo and once I accidentally produced 3 overdraft fees and they helped remove those. Even with COVID IBC charged us with 4 overdraft fees.. They said that since this is our error we could not be helped with all of it. They could only help with two charges. So much for helping the client in tough times. By far the slowest bank in the world. It's like watching paint dry. Customer service is horrible and nobody gives a flying about you. You can literally see the staff in the back laughing and chit chatting while there's a mega line in the front. Way to go IBC!! Keep it up!!
