Worst bank ever, I am sorry. My husband made one mistake and used the wrong card to make a payment. He used an account that was a dud account used to process our mortgage.... I am with With Wells Fargo and once I accidentally produced 3 overdraft fees and they helped remove those. Even with COVID IBC charged us with 4 overdraft fees.. They said that since this is our error we could not be helped with all of it. They could only help with two charges. So much for helping the client in tough times. By far the slowest bank in the world. It's like watching paint dry. Customer service is horrible and nobody gives a flying about you. You can literally see the staff in the back laughing and chit chatting while there's a mega line in the front. Way to go IBC!! Keep it up!!
Great service I did not get the name of the lady but the manager was so nice she help us out we went to international bank IBC no help at all Than we went to the south IBC bank and no help at all the manager was not there at all so we drove to Guadalupe street that IBC bank the lady did not give me no excuse she was right away let me call the manager and the manager even came and said sorry no one help u she was really nice Thankyou for helping us a lot we need more people like you that has patients ❤️Super professional she ... read more
I need to say that IBC needs to step it up in customer service. Wating time is very long and outrageous, and ridiculous. "Drive through" seems to be more of a "check in and park" if the bank would make and effort to have more staff during peak hours (like everything else), waiting(rather park time) would improve. In all fairness to the frontline workers, it would be fair for them that the supervisors be present so all the Flag from the people go to the supervisors and not the frontline workers.
