This bank is the absolute worst bank they are ridiculous! I have nobody knows anything they closed my account for ridiculous reasons took my 933.00 check and made it to where I can’t pay my rent ! Now I’m facing eviction with three kids! The absolute worst bank!!!!!! I was supposed to be able to reopen it one lady didn’t understand she didn’t know she was rude ! Devils! I have put in 1000s of $ 1 month was 8,000. Horrible

I've had IBC for years and in my home location in the valley, all great even in multiple branches throughout the city. However I been trying to make a specific transcarion in this location since I just moved, but the agents seemed annoyed at my questions anytime I call. I am opting for a smaller bank for a more personalized customer service experience, but Sandra from this location seemed impatient and hanged up on me. She really needs to reevaluate her customer care.

I've been a customer at IBC Bank for a while now, and overall, I've had a positive experience. The customer service is excellent, and the online banking platform is user-friendly and efficient. However, my main issue with IBC Bank only have ONE branch and their operating hours. It would be great if they could open more branches, especially in areas that are currently underserved. Additionally, having the option to visit a branch on Saturdays would be incredibly convenient for many customers. Despite these limitations, IBC Ba... read more
