I've had IBC for years and in my home location in the valley, all great even in multiple branches throughout the city. However I been trying to make a specific transcarion in this location since I just moved, but the agents seemed annoyed at my questions anytime I call. I am opting for a smaller bank for a more personalized customer service experience, but Sandra from this location seemed impatient and hanged up on me. She really needs to reevaluate her customer care.

One location never made another ATM always down have to wait if u wanna deposit get cash ...I was waiting since they said yes we gonna have more...but it really an inconvenience...I drove 45 min and ATM down .

I've been a customer at IBC Bank for a while now, and overall, I've had a positive experience. The customer service is excellent, and the online banking platform is user-friendly and efficient. However, my main issue with IBC Bank only have ONE branch and their operating hours. It would be great if they could open more branches, especially in areas that are currently underserved.
