I've been a customer at IBC Bank for a while now, and overall, I've had a positive experience. The customer service is excellent, and the online banking platform is user-friendly and efficient. However, my main issue with IBC Bank only have ONE branch and their operating hours. It would be great if they could open more branches, especially in areas that are currently underserved. I've had this bank for over 20 years and, saw to say, I'm having to move because of the limited functionality and features IBC has not been able to keep up with, specifically for their online services. Most banks offer Zelle, IBC does not Online Bill pay is a hassle and convoluted. You cannot set up direct pay to individuals, i.e. if you are paying rent directly to an individual. My first experience at the IBC bank in Dallas . The customer service that I received from Assistant Branch Manager Mrs Jennifer Lopez was outstanding. I have been a customer from Ibc San Antonio and Rgv area for years! In addition Walter one of the tellers was also very helpful! I do recommend to visit the ibc branch in Dallas ! Thank you !!!!
I have been with IBC Bank for approximately 7 years. Been to many branches across the state of Texas and Oklahoma. Cristo C. In the Dallas Branch is exceptional. He explains everything in detail in all aspects of banking. He listens, he is helpful, he shows concern. He is apologetic when line is long. I opened an account with them in March 2020 and haven’t had any issues. I was issued an instant issue debit card at the bank the day I opened the account so I was able to use it right away. I’ve had to report 2 fraudulent charges on my account and they were taken care of within 24 hrs. My only complaint is the 1 location in Dallas, lucky for me I am off I-30 but its still a 30-40 minute drive depending on traffic. I haven’t had to drive up often, but I wish they would add some branches. Highly recommend!!
