I love this place , very friendly and knowledgeable, especially mike and Brandon ,I dont like there branch on Nw 122 and may( the worst Ibc bank in okc) , But this guy's are wonderful. If they can work on the hold of check deposit and change the stuff on the 122 location , definitely it will be the best bank in oklahoma .
The people are very nice and friendly BUT DO NOT drop your deposits in the night drop box bc they DO NOT check it … deposits will be delayed in processing or not processed at all. This is the second day in a row that the deposits I dropped off were not processed. I was able to reach the branch yesterday to resolve the issue but have been unable to reach them today. Rude and careless staff, will never do busines with this bank. No wonder why it has a 1.7 stars, never seen a business with such low score...
Honestly this doesn’t even deserve 1 ⭐️ I know how the banking system works.. This is my 2nd year with them. Honestly, it’s a broke bank Look at the other reviews. They will hold your check for 5 days if it’s over $1200. And you have to be with them for a year to take out $500 of your own money.. Because they don’t have the money and theirs to give you right then and there. Quite saddening, upsetting and just downright, UN-AMERICAN and quite frankly, beneath me. After two years, they still withhold my checks for at least three days every single time. Got paid on the 31st, it’s now the fourth and I still have no money, and had to ask my dad for the money to cover rent after depositing my $1500 PAYROLL check. Been at this job for 3 1/2 months now, youd think they’d stop withholding them after that long but nope. I’ve had checks sit in wait for nearly an entire week before.
