Needs more staff, changed my three star to one. I usually have an excellent experience but today was absolutely terrible. Not only did I wait 20 minutes in the drive thru to then be told to come inside to then not be given priority and wait another 20 min in the lobby. If there is a staffing issue it needs to be addressed immediately.
Honestly this doesn’t even deserve 1 ⭐️ I know how the banking system works.. This is my 2nd year with them. Honestly, it’s a broke bank Look at the other reviews. They will hold your check for 5 days if it’s over $1200. And you have to be with them for a year to take out $500 of your own money.. They discriminate in this place. Never doing business here again. They treated someone I know terrible and decided to review them myself.
After two years, they still withhold my checks for at least three days every single time. Got paid on the 31st, it’s now the fourth and I still have no money, and had to ask my dad for the money to cover rent after depositing my $1500 PAYROLL check. Been at this job for 3 1/2 months now, youd think they’d stop withholding them after that long but nope. I’ve had checks sit in wait for nearly an entire week before. I’ve been banking at this particular location for some time and for it to be a corporate building. The ATM is never convenient when it comes to depositing money. As much money as this corporate has, what’s the issue ! I hate I have to go out of my way to go to another branch one. This one’s conveniently by my home and I don’t get off in time to catch the clerks . Please fix the ATM.
