One of the worst service received from a bank. They wouldn't give change because i didn't have an account with them. After opening an account and becoming their customer they wouldn't take counted change to change it into bills because they don't have coin counter machine. They wanted the change to be rolled. Asked them for rollers the Teller said buy them from the store. They have zero customer service. I never had any other bank refuse to provide change because i wasn't their customer.
I Bank with IBC, but got let down when i was trying to apply for a auto loan. She gave me the application to fill out, went over what i need to do. I went trhough the whole process even getting a co signer to fill out the application and provide her documents...went back the next day to IBC. She asked for the loan amount., which was a little over $22,000, she was like...we only do $10,000. I'm like wait a minute. you didn't mention that before. OMG! just Shredd the paperwork. Wasted my time on that
Just opened an account recently. Very slow service. I don’t have the checks that were ordered two weeks ago so I needed a money order. They don’t do money orders. Do you do cashiers checks? Yes, but it has to be at least $1000, that’s our “policy”. So your policy is to do the least work possible and to help with customer service. Nice. Might just move banks.
I just want to say worst bank I have ever worked with. How can I bank not take a cashiers check with a business name to a business account? The tellers don't know what they are doing or not getting the training. I definitely closed the account and went to a different bank.
Horrible customer service.
