Excellent customer service from IBC Bank! I always have a great experience here, and Tiwa & Uju was very helpful. Kind, professional, and patient with my banking needs. They do a great job combining professionalism, warmth, and sincerity. I felt valued as a customer, and I left confident that my needs were handled with care.
I stopped banking with IBC after noticing patterns that deeply concerned me. Lawful cash withdrawals—used to acquire hard assets like gold, triggered account restrictions and ultimately, account closure. Why? The best customer service inside. Better than any other IBC and every other bank in my lifetime.
This bank is extremely fraudulent the way they do business is laughable. Their customer service is extremely poor and they are so desperate for customers that one of their reps actually came up to me outside and asked me to sign up. Aside from the incompetency of the branch, this is a not a bank that I’d recommend. It it would take me another 20 min to give all examples. But here’s one. Recently, I went to close my account because (1) I live out of state, (2) the online banking app is not very good, and (3) I didn’t care for the bank overall. After I closed my account the first time, I found out 2 weeks later + $35 overdraft fee that my account was NOT closed...even though I had the documentation to show for it & drove from La to do in person.
